"Laughter is the sensation of feeling good all over and showing it principally in one place". (Josh Billings)

In the business of life, with all of its pressures. it's easy to lose simple joy. Many times we hurry through life so intensely that we don't even realize something is missing. With all the demands on us it is easy co lose focus. Maintaining a close relationship with God, who "sit[s] in the heavens [and] laughs" Ps. 2:4) will release joy and laughter in our own lives, for in His "presence is fullness of joy" (Ps. 16:11 ) This spring of happiness will enable us to overcome the pressures and trials of life. A life embraced by a personal relationship with Christ brings peace, joy and laughter. Joy tears down barriers allowing laughter to freely flow. Learn to laugh and laugh and laugh, and you'll last and last and last!

"Laughter is an instant vacation"! (Milton Berle)
